I am a PhD candidate in Electronic Science and Technology at Tsinghua University, advised by Prof. Huaqiang Wu. I received my B.S. in Physics from Tsinghua University in 2022.

I am also fortunate to receive co-supervision and guidance from Prof. Liyang Pan, Prof. Dong Wu, Prof. Bin Gao, Prof. Jianshi Tang, and Prof. Peng Yao.

My research interests span AI-oriented memory systems, Compute-in-Memory architectures, combinatorial optimization problems, and hardware security.
